SHIPPING Most of the time I'll have your order out in 2-4 days. However, please consider 7 days as a general rule—all items are handmade by one person. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. All items are shipped by US post office. MA residents add 5% sales tax. Domestic prices vary per total (all prices are in US dollars): up to $9.99 = $3.50 • $10.00 to $29.99 = $5.50 • $30.00 to $99.99 = $7.50 • $100.00+ = FREE
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA CAN'T BE GUARANTEED. THUS, SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY IS "AT YOUR OWN RISK", and by placing an order with an international address, you agree to these terms. You must click on the additional international shipping cost button, found on every item page, in order for us to charge the extra $8 for this shipping method.
CUSTOM ORDERS & PREVIOUS WORKS If you see something on this site that you like but would prefer in a different color, contact me. Also, if there is an item that we used to make but no longer offer, please email us (with the exception of our limited edition items).
RETURNS Please email prior to placing an order if you have any questions. Returns are for exchange only. If you are not happy with your purchse, it is important to contact us within 10 days to return the item.
