What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all purchases via credit card or Paypal through this website. We are Paypal verified.

I've had bad luck with websites. Can you take my order over the phone?

Yes. Give us a call between 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday at 781-864-6178 and we can take your order and credit card over the phone.

How long does it take to ship orders?

Since all items are handmade by one person, please allow 3-5 days for your item/items to be made. If you are on a tight timeframe, don't hesitate to contact us before ordering to see if the item you're interested is in-stock, and thus could be shipped immediately.

What method do you ship?

All items are shipped by US post office by either First Class Mail or Priority Mail (First Class Mail is only available for small, lightweight orders). Insurance is included on all Priority Mail and Express Mail packages. We currently do not offer an expedited shipping service.

What about shipping price?

Your shipping price is calculated by weight. To view your shipping price, click on view cart and use the pull-down menu to select your shipping method (sometimes just Priority Mail is shown, because that is the fastest and least expensive option). Hit Update Cart to calculate postage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA CAN'T BE GUARANTEED. THUS, SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY IS "AT YOUR OWN RISK", and by placing an order with an international address, you agree to these terms.

Do you charge sales tax?

Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax.

I saw something I like on your site last year, can you make it for me?

If you saw something on our site that we no longer offer, please email us (with the exception of our limited edition items). If our schedule permits we would be happy to consider custom items.

I am planning a wedding and would love it if you would make custom favors! Can you?

Please email us with any inquiries about wedding favors or gifts. Keep in mind that these larger, custom orders take extra time, so email us at least a month in advance and be as specific as possible with your request (photo attachments work great!).

How do you handle returns?

Please email prior to placing an order if you have any questions. We are happy to help you get the item you really want! Returns are for exchange only. If you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us within 10 days to return the item. We do not refund shipping fees.
